LEND A HAND: If you're in Christchurch and happen to notice new cats in the area there is a good chance they are lost (and hungry). If you can, please put out some food and water. They will surely appreciate it. Even better, ask around and if no one claims responsibility, check the lost sections of TradeMe and Pets on the Net. It's just a shame they just can't call their human family!Over 950 animals have been listed as lost or found on Pets on the Net http://www.petsonthenet.co.nz/and over 500 on TradeMe.http://www.trademe.co.nz/Chch-earthquake-support/Lost-and-found-pets/mcat-9530-9534-.htm If you have a new animal on your property please take a description and check the lost and found.
